On-Ramp is designed to introduce the movements and workouts we do in CrossFit with the comfort of a Coach guiding you through the warm up, skill and workout. We require that you complete 5 On- Ramp classes before attending any of the normal classes or Open Gym times.
The amount of time spent in the On-Ramp can vary from person to person depending on how quickly you catch on to the movements and how comfortable you feel. Some stay in On-Ramp longer than others, and it’s nothing to worry about. We pride ourselves in the wide range of fitness levels we can accommodate. So if you feel you need more than the required 5 classes in that first month, we will be happy to help you.
