8 x 1 sprint 40m

(40 sec rest between each)

rest then

100 sit ups for time

rest then

3 rounds for time of:

6 snatches 135/95

10 front rack alt lunge steps 135/95

Tuesday WOD

amrap in 45 min of:

800m run

80 squats

8 muscle ups

(sub for muscle ups will be 16 chest to bar pull ups and 16 HR push ups)

find a 20 rep max for the back squat in 10 min

rest then

amrap in 10 min of:

9 strict handstand push ups

40 yard box push 90/55

2 x 20 bench press

rest then

3 rounds for time of:

24 KBS 25/16k
16 C2B Pull-ups
8 Push Jerks (from the floor)155/105

Tuesday WOD

10 min work on handstand/ handstand walk

rest then

200 push ups for time...if you break for more then 3 sec or come out of the push up position complete 3 squat cleans 135/95

rest then

5 x 3 back squat (hold 2 sec pause in the bottom)
