2 Snatches (full) @ 75-80%

then, when the clock hits 5:00-

2 minute AMRAP of:

Snatches (full) @ 75-80% same weight as above

rest then

AMRAP in 6 min of:

30 double unders

12 burpees

5 x 3 high hang squat clean go as heavy as you can...but don't drop the bar

then

complete for time:

10 pull ups

20 wall ball shots

15 pull ups

30 wall ball shots

20 pull ups

40 wall ball shots

rest then

3 rounds for time of:

500m row

7 power snatch 135/95

then

30 kettle swings
