Friday WOD

Complete the following for time:

50 deadlifts 135/95

40  box jumps

30 sit ups

20 toes through rings

10 thrusters 135/95

5 rope climbs

10 thrusters

20 toes through rings

30 sit ups

40 box jumps

50 deadlifts

Thursday WOD

4 x 2 push press @ 80% of PP 1 RM

4 x 2 push jerk @ 85% of PJ 1 RM

3 x 1 split jerk (go as heavy as you want but no misses)

rest then

Complete for time

2000m row

30 strict push ups (feet on 20" box, chest must touch 45lb plate)

30 jumping lunges

20 strict handstand push ups

5-5-3-3-1-1 front squat ( work up to a max)

rest then

3 Rounds 
5:00 min AMRAP of:
10 Burpees
10 Pull-ups
10 Thrusters 95/65#
Rest 1:00 min between rounds

5 x 2 snatch (pause below knee and then just above knee) @ 70% 1RM snatch

Amrap in 15 min of:

200m run

25 lateral jumps 20"
