( must be a number you can sustain and it must be by 5's ie 20, 15, 10, 5 )

rest then

amrap in 5 min

12 front squats 135/95

12 box step ups

amrap in 10 min of:

12 burpees

20 double under*

double under go up by 10 each round

rest 10 min then 

amrap in 10 min of:

150m run

down and back sled push 180/125

max meters in 6 min on the rower
