3 rounds for max reps of:

Min 0-2 run 200m then double unders

Min 2-3 dumbell push press 35’s / 25’s

Min 3-4 pull ups

Min 4-5 dumbell hang squat cleans 35’s/25’s

rest 5 min between rounds…..this is a fun WOD!
