Partner 1 will move forward and perform sit ups. Once 50 reps are complete, Partner 1 will move to the KB and start accumulating reps, while Partner 2 starts performing sit-ups. Once Partner 2 completes 50 sit-ups, They will move to the KB and assist Partner 1 in accumulating swings. Reps for the double unders will be accumulated together. Reps from here on out at the wall walks are completed 1 for 1.
