partner B completes one round of

4 db devil presses 35/20

6 db box get overs

8 db reverse lunge

(tag and switch after each round completed. you’ll have a row score and a rounds score)

rest 8 min then

with a running clock complete 3 rounds of the following each 4 min for 20 min.

12 deadlifts

9 hang power cleans

6 shoulder to overhead

(weight goes up each four min time cap . 95/65, 115/85, 135/95. 155/105, 185/120)
