complete the following (you go a round, I go a round)

12 deadlifts 225/135
12 burpee box jumps 24″/20 (you may step up if you wish)

9 deadlifts
9 burpee box jumps

6 deadlifts
6 burpee box jumps

3 deadlifts
3 burpee box jumps

(9 min time cap)
rest 1 min

at 10 min complete for time

30 wallballs (you go, I go. wallballs must be complete before partner starts)
15 pullups
30 sits ups
