Two months ago, just about to the day I had to write and post this WOD….I wish I could tell you tonight was easier but it wasn’t :
I lost my best friend yesterday in a tragic accident.
While every fiber of me wants to close the gym today, I know Suze would be pissed at me for it.
She’d say “You need to Rock Up and get on with it Mate!” I’d probably make a funny face at her and then she’d say “You’re a Shit!!”
CrossFit Camden was her safe place, where she could clear her head and she loved every part of it.
So we will have our normal 5 & 6pm class times.
While I have so many things to say, I’m struggling just to breathe right now. In the coming weeks we will certainly have some things planned to honor her.
Please pray for strength and peace for her family and her 4 children that she loved more than anything on earth.
….and so here we are two months later. Ready to do this WOD again but this time with a chance to do for her family, along with remembering her and sharing this time with each other. I can’t thank my clients, Coaches, friends and family enough for all your hard work. You truely are the best people I know. #4Suze
