“pump that booty up”

3 rounds of

2 min sumo deadlifts with extra wide legs (no high pull) 32k/24

2 min reverse static db lunge steps 50’s 35’s

2 min box set up (add 2 45lb plates to step on for both guy and girl box)

2 min GHD hip extensions

2 min rest

At the end of the WOD perform the “Booty Test”

They lay on the floor face down and roll a barbell loaded with weight plates over the booty area. If the butt cannot touch the bar as it passes, the participant fails the butt test and needs to work on building their gluteus maximus……More often.
