5 rounds for time using one bar (95lbs/65)
3 power snatch
7 overhead squats
3 squat cleans
7 push press
tweaked this a bit from my friends at CFLS.

complete the following for time:
400m run
20 pull ups
400m run
15 wall ball shots (20lbs/14)
400m run
10 burpees
400m run
5 tire flips

WOD:
for time:
150 kettle swings* (32k/24)
* complete as many as you can, if kettlebell hits the ground run 150m and then get back to work, repeat as needed until you reach the 150 reps
