Crossfit Camden - Workout Of the Day picture

WOD:

5 rounds for time using one bar (95lbs/65)
3 power snatch
7 overhead squats
3 squat cleans
7 push press

complete the following for time:

400m run

20 pull ups

400m run

15 wall ball shots (20lbs/14)

400m run

10 burpees

400m run

5 tire flips

150 kettle swings*  (32k/24)

* complete as many as you can, if kettlebell hits the ground run 150m and then get back to work, repeat as needed until you reach the 150 reps Crossfit Camden - Workout Of the Day picture

row 2000m then

as many reps as possible of

deadlift (275lbs/185)

your score is total number of DL reps!

 

rest 3min then

max number of push 1 min
