Crossfit Camden - Workout Of the Day picture

WOD:

With a continuous running clock, complete as many reps as possible in the allotted time for each exercise. Your score is the total number of reps.
 
10 min of handstand push ups
5 min of squats
2 min of pull ups
1 min of push ups

5 rounds for time of:

5 deadlifts (275lbs/165)

10 burpees

rest approximately 4 min...then

2 rounds for time of:

400m run

40 kettle swings (24k/16)
