Howard, you killed this WOD! Also shout out to Allie, Joy, Jana and Sharon who all put a ton of effort into working their pullups. Don't get discouraged about scaling down, be proud of what you have already accomplished and build from there. And Joy, keep on reading my quote. :)

I have to work tomorrow afternoon, but I'll be in for the 0830 class...I have a meeting at 0940 that I have to be at though, so if it's okay with you guys I'm going to just warm up on my own a little early and just start WOD right at 0830 when you guys get there
